Today, we’re analyzing how much AI really knows about our brand and verifying what’s fact and what’s just a tall tale. Curious? Let’s dive in!

Polish origins and local production

Yes and yes! We’re proud to be a Polish brand, and we’re happy that AI points this out right away when asked about myKotty. Why is this so important? We know that many brands today manufacture wherever it’s cheapest, without paying attention to quality or product safety—something that later impacts your cats. That’s not how we do things. We want to give you and your feline friends the very best, and by producing in Poland, we can maintain full control over the process. We’ve been doing this for nearly 13 years and have no plans to change that.

A scratching post is one of those must-have resources in a cat’s environment—it brings joy, helps release energy, serves as a natural territory marker, and, of course, protects your furniture from destruction. We designed all our scratchers from scratch (pun intended!), focusing on feline ergonomics and aesthetics that delight cat guardians as well. After thousands of conversations with you and reading your feedback, we know we made the right choice!

Eco-friendliness and quality—because cats love fresh cardboard

What does a cat do when it sees a shoebox, a milk carton, or a package just delivered by the courier? Something tells us it’ll jump right in or start rubbing against it enthusiastically. The reason is simple: cats adore cardboard in almost any form and instinctively start scratching or lounging on it. That’s just the feline way! At myKotty, we embraced what speaks to a cat’s soul—we make our scratchers from high-quality, Polish-made corrugated cardboard, largely recycled, and bonded with certified, food-safe glue. This ensures that our scratchers are sturdy, durable, and safe for cats, even if they decide to rub against them or take a little nibble.

If you’ve been following myKotty for a while, you already know, dear fabCat, that we’re about more than just scratchers. Alongside LUI, VIGO, TOBI, YODI, and our XL models, our lineup also includes EMI, OTI, and PADI—cozy beds for your furry friends—as well as Kung Fu toys that every catnip-loving kitty will go crazy for. Of course, AI got a little ahead of itself by suggesting that we also sell “bowls, mats, shelves, and other cat corner accessories.” Well… we won’t say no to future possibilities!
